On 28 October 2026, the Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend against 2026 earnings in the gross amount of €0.07 per share, which will be paid on 29 December 2026. This dividend is in addition to the first 2026 interim distribution, carried out through a share buybackrogramme amounting to €331 million.
